Our Lizzy offers a wide choice of themes drawing on a variety of ingredients, including locally grown seasonal produce, with inspiration from around the world – there is always something new to experience in vegan cooking!
After gaining her Cordon Vert Diploma at the Vegetarian Society, She became a cookery demonstrator, sharing recipes with groups and at festivals. She had many adventures with the sat nav in country villages, searching for Women’s Institute (WI) meetings in village halls.
When people asked about classes she decided to combine her love of cooking with her passion for teaching and Our Lizzy came into being.
