Terms and Conditions
Three Counties Bespoke Breaks is an agent for accommodation and experiences across Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Gloucestershire that appear on this website. When you purchase a Bespoke Break from Three Counties Bespoke Breaks you become legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please do not purchase and complete a booking until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Prices
The prices displayed on our website for solo breaks are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained daily. Prices of breaks may vary throughout the year. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within 14 days of the purchase being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional difference in price.

Descriptions & Images
All descriptions contained on our website and in our marketing material are correct at the time of going to press. However, please note that descriptions are generalised, as we offer similar experiences across different venues which may vary in content across different locations. Descriptions may be updated throughout the year as courses and experiences change. The images used in all promotional literature to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only.
Availability
All experiences are offered subject to the availability of dates, vehicles, facilities and staff. Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible, especially during peak times, such as weekends and holidays. Where specific elements of the course/experience such as vehicles are not available, due to mechanical breakdown, the organiser reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible the organiser reserves the right to cancel the experience at short notice.
Restrictions
Certain experiences provided by suppliers are subject to health or other requirements.
You will be charged a booking fee to confirm your accommodation and experiences and then be required to pay the full amount 1 month before the date of your break, if you are booking late ie within the month, a full payment for the whole break will be required. If you do not pay in full 1 month before, your break will be cancelled and you will not have your booking fee returned.

Safety
Many of the experiences we offer require a safety briefing and the participant must attend the briefing otherwise they will not be able to participate. No alcohol or drugs can be consumed before any of the experiences we offer. The staff at the experience reserve the right to refuse an activity to persons suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Where the experience requires the wearing of safety equipment such as a crash helmet or a lifejacket this is mandatory and there are no exceptions. Other safety precautions will be advised in your confirmation details. Each venue employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience or offer alternative tuition if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public.
Experiences and Liability
Although Three Counties Bespoke Breaks has sought to select highly rated experiences, TCBB shall not be responsible for the safety standards or the quality or delivery of the experience, or any loss or damage suffered by you whilst participating. The experience shall be solely responsible.
Alteration of any experience for reasons beyond its reasonable control including for weather-related reasons, mechanical failure or otherwise. We do not undertake any technical examination of equipment, facilities or services to minimise personal risk. In the event of mechanical machinery breakdown, you should expect reasonable substitutions without notice.
Refunds and Cancellations
Occasionally the experience may need to cancel an experience for reasons beyond their control ie weather or mechanical breakdown, We regret that such eventualities are outside of our control, and in these circumstances, Three Counties Bespoke Breaks will be unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur from this cancellation, but will reimburse the value of the experience cancelled or try to compensate with another experience.

Complaints
If a problem is encountered at the experience, please raise your concern with the manager or activity co-coordinator of the venue, enabling them the chance to resolve the issue. If you feel the action taken by the experience was unsatisfactory please contact Three Counties Bespoke Breaks within 14 days of undertaking the activity, providing all the facts from your point of view in writing via email to: threecountiesbespokebreaks@gmail.com
We will respond within 28 days of receiving your email complaint. Three Counties Bespoke Breaks agrees to thoroughly investigate all customer complaints that have been highlighted with the service on the day of the experience. Failure to highlight issues on the day of the experience may jeopardise investigations and result in an unsatisfactory outcome.
